Today I am sharing a perfect recipe to please all the adults in the room. This recipe combines Whiskey Girl Butterscotch and dry vermouth for the perfect sweet and savory martini. Whiskey Girl is handcrafted in small batches out of Dark Corner Distillery in Greenville, South Carolina and made with all natural butterscotch.
I created this recipe for a happy hour for my friends and they loved how simple and flavorful this two-ingredient cocktail was. This was the perfect cocktail because some of my girlfriends swear they only drink “clear spirits” could not believe how good this combination was. The Whiskey Girl Butterscotch produces a sweet yet creamy flavor that can be enjoyed by itself over ice or turned into a cocktail like this simple martini. The dry vermouth adds an additional nutty flavor to the martini that had my friends asking for another round.
This was also good as a pairing for desserts including strawberry tarts and chocolate truffles. Make your weekend sweet and adult friendly by creating the tasty martini.

Ingredients
- 2 ounces of Whiskey Girl Butterscotch
- 1 ounce of dry vermouth
- 1/2 cup of ice
Garnish: sugar rim
Instructions:
- Fill a metal shaker with Whiskey Girl Butterscotch, dry vermouth, and ice
- Shake mixture for 20 seconds
- Strain mixture into serving glass
Serves: 1
