The Honorable Order of Kentucky Colonels continues to raise and distribute disaster relief funds for those affected by the Western Kentucky tornadoes. To that end the Colonels have gone north of the Kentucky border to nearby Indiana to work with Trinity Metals and Hotel Tango Distillery in Indianapolis, Indiana. The trio have teamed up to offer three single barrels of Kentucky bourbon whiskey that the Colonels will sell to their contributing members.
The Kentucky Colonels will hold a raffle on February 1st, 2022 for the chance to purchase the bottles with all the profits from the event going to those left devastated from the tornados. The three barrels netted out 648 bottles that were distilled at Green River Distillery in Owensboro, Kentucky.

“Kentucky Colonels’ generosity is always amazing and when Trinity Metals, Wade Conner and his team, approached the Honorable Order of Kentucky Colonels about this partnership with Hotel Tango, we were amazed once again,” said Colonel Sherry Crose, Executive Director of the Honorable Order.
“We are honored to share these three hand-selected barrels with lucky Colonels country-wide. This is the first partnership of this kind in our history. Because the Colonels gave, we expect to raise more than $50,000 to lift up those in western Kentucky who lost so much.”
“Trinity Metals is honored to support the Honorable Order of Kentucky Colonels by sponsoring this Fundraiser with Hotel Tango for the Kentucky Tornado Relief Effort,” said Trinity Metals CEO Colonel Wade Conner.
“The Commonwealth of Kentucky has always been an important part of the Trinity success story and it is only fitting that we support the tornado relief effort with our best efforts. The Board of Trustees of the Honorable Order of Kentucky Colonels has the connections and networks in place to put our charitable dollars to work far more effectively than we ever could. It is an honor for us to be able to contribute to this good work.
“To Whom much is given, much will be required’ (Luke 12:48),” added Connor.
