Woodford Reserve Distillery in Versailles, Woodford County, Kentucky has announced its limited edition holiday bottle.
The 2022 holiday bottle has a bit of a different design compared to the last several years (see below). Instead of a snowy scene from various vantage points around the historic 1812 distillery site this year’s holiday bottle is a bit more understated.
Woodford says this year’s, “Golden label compliments the rich color of the bourbon and conveys the joyful spirit of the holiday season, which brings friends, family, and loved ones together in a spectacle of celebration.
“In years past, Woodford Reserve collaborated with artists for bottle art. This year, the seasonal offering’s design showcases how every sip of Woodford Reserve bourbon is a spectacle of the senses.”
“A Woodford Reserve holiday bottle is the perfect gift for any whiskey lover,” said Woodford Reserve Master Distiller Chris Morris. “This bottle is guaranteed to put everyone in the holiday spirit and will stand out beautifully on a bar cart. The liquid inside the bottle is the standard Woodford Reserve 90.4 proof (45.2% ABV) bourbon with the custom holiday label. The Woodford Reserve 2022 Holiday one-liter bottle is on sale now across the United States and the glove with a suggested retail price of $50.
