Potter Jane Distilling Company went from groundbreaking to still delivery in one year. That quick turn around requires good planning and lots of partners and contractors to make things hum and keep up with a demanding schedule. In September 2023 Potter Jane Distilling founders celebrated a groundbreaking for this new distillery. One year later they took delivery of their 36” diameter x 39’ tall Vendome Copper & Brass Works column still. The installation crews were on hand waiting for the flatbed to arrive. As soon as the 18-wheeler pulled on to the property people immediately jumped into action and in just a few hours the still, wrapped in shrink wrap, was standing in its forever home in Springfield, Kentucky. Come January, distillation begins!
