Judges include: Ashlee ClarkThompson, food writer and author of the book Louisville Diners; Dana McMahan, travel and food writer, author of The Courier-Journal’s Dish feature; Steve Coomes, food writer and consultant, author of two books including, Country Ham: A Southern Tradition of Hogs, Salt & Smoke; Fred Minnick, Bourbon expert and author of Whiskey Women: The Untold Story of How Women Saved Bourbon, Scotch & Irish Whiskey; Sarah Fritschner, food consultant, writer and coordinator of Metro Louisville’s Farm to Table program and Denny Potter, co-master distiller for Heaven Hill Brands.
