The Trinity Blend Bourbon is a symbolic expression of dedication, artistry, and shared values. This exceptional bourbon represents three foundational pillars: faith, family, and craftsmanship, which are essential to both Kentucky’s bourbon-making legacy and the Archdiocese’s commitment to the community.

“This partnership is a celebration of Kentucky’s rich bourbon history, blending the time-honored traditions of distilling with the values of faith, family, and connection,” said Wally Dant, Founder and President of Log Still Distillery. “We are honored to work alongside the Archdiocese of Louisville to create something truly special.”

Crafted from 3 Barrel Mash Bills

Carefully selected and expertly blended, The Trinity Blend Bourbon tells a story through every sip. Crafted from three distinct barrel mash bills, it embodies the spirit of collaboration and a shared passion for excellence. With its rich and layered flavors, The Trinity Blend delivers three layers of tasting experiences: the warmth of butterscotch, the depth of cinnamon and clove, and the lingering finish of smoky spiced oak.

This release is particularly special as it marks the inaugural production run on Log Still Distillery’s brand-new bottling line. With the introduction of this state-of-the-art line, all of Log Still Distillery’s bottling will now be done onsite, beginning with this new collaboration. This milestone underscores the distillery’s commitment to quality and craftsmanship while celebrating the significance of this unique collaboration.

Whether enjoyed neat, on the rocks, or in your favorite cocktail, this bourbon invites you to raise a glass to heritage, tradition, and the enduring power of connection. As the back label states, “The Trinity Blend Bourbon is a symbol of dedication, artistry, and community.”

The Trinity Blend Bourbon will be available for purchase at Log Still Distillery in Gethsemane and Monks Road Boiler House, a fine-dining restaurant on Whiskey Row in Downtown Louisville. A portion of the proceeds from every bottle will support community initiatives aligned with the Archdiocese of Louisville’s mission, further underscoring the spirit of this partnership.

The Archdiocese of Louisville serves 200,000 Catholics across Central Kentucky by fostering faith, service, and community in parishes, schools, and social services. With a commitment to tradition and outreach, the Archdiocese works to inspire and unite people through shared values and meaningful collaborations.
