National and state distillers guilds and associations are made up of groups of people with a common goal – to work together and unite on common goals through the co-operative efforts of it’s members. We’ve made it easy for you to find the guilds or association in your state. To add your group to this list, simply email us at “info (at) distillerytrail (dot) com”. If you are interested in forming a distillers association in your state, you should consult the law of your state. To learn more about forming an association to qualify under section 501(c)(3) of the Code, you can get started by visiting the IRS Publication 557. They also provide some suggested language here.
