Beyond the Bourbon
Exploring the life of E.H. Taylor

E.H. Taylor is celebrated as the “Father of the Modern Bourbon Industry” which is why we’ve developed a tour dedicated entirely to his legacy.  Acclaimed Bourbon Historian Michael Veach is your guide as you start with a sidewalk tour of historic Vendome Copper & Brass Works.

We’ll then travel to Buffalo Trace Distillery for a tour that includes the original Taylor family home.

After some sightseeing in Frankfort, KY that includes the Frankfort Cemetery and Capitol Building, we’ll head to what is formerly known as the Old Taylor Distillery, now being revived as Castle & Key Distillery. You’ll get an historical estate tour followed by a signature cocktail reception and appetizers.

This unique and historically significant tour provides an in-depth look at the impact E.H. Taylor had on the bourbon industry and beyond!
