Thirsty Thursday showcases Negroni Week by using tequila instead of gin for a twist. I love making and drinking sours because they are so fancy. At one point I was very intimidated about making drinks with egg whites. Then it turned out that it is really simple to do in your home bar. The key to making it work is to shake the cocktail without ice first then add ice and shake again.
The tequila in this drink mixes well with the Campari and adds a spicy kick to the classic negroni. Let’s keep on drinking our Negroni’s this week to benefit an awesome cause!
