Today I am showcasing my favorite type of cocktail, which is a sour. I used kumquats and blood oranges to make this spirit shine. I love gin sours because the citrus blends really well with the gin. I used Victoria Gin, which is distilled on Vancouver Island with ten different botanicals including juniper berries, coriander, angelica, orris root, star anise, orange peel, lemon peel, cinnamon, and rose petals. The combination of these botanicals makes this sour shine! Cheers to Victoria Gin!
